Founded by Sanusi, Bay Area Youth Career Opportunities (BAYCO) is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering career success for high school students in the Bay Area. BAYCO achieves this through educational workshops, professional development, and networking opportunities. It features a structured internship that assigns students roles based on their teams.
As the Adult Advisor of BAYCO, Sanusi meets with students weekly, providing guidance and funding. Sanusi is consistently present at events to offer support. He selects program leaders and ensures a seamless transition as leaders graduate, appointing additional students to maintain the program's continuity.

Also founded by Sanusi, the Business Entrepreneurship Encouragement Program (BEEP) is the largest student-run incubator in the San Francisco Bay Area. This program provides young entrepreneurs with the essential resources needed to grow their startups.
As the Advisor, Sanusi helps raise funds and develop resources to support educational programs that benefit every student in the Fremont Union High School District. To date, BEEP has funded 8 teams, impacted over 10,000 people, and held a total of 14 events.

The Business Entrepreneurship Encouragement Program (BEEP) was founded by Rachael Ding, Aishwharya Meenakshisundaram, and Manvi Kottakota in 2020 with the vision of supporting youth entrepreneurship. BEEP provides funding and a robust network for student start-ups and supports them from ideation onwards.
