Sanusi began coaching and advising high school students in 2016. Since then, he has created multiple internship programs with more than 80 students who have gone through his programs. Students typically join his programs in 9th grade and continue until they graduate from high school.

bayco programs
Bayco Programs began in 2016, structured as year-long internships aligned with the school academic year. Each student has a clearly defined role. The program includes various workshops such as interview workshops, resume workshops, and LinkedIn workshops. Key events include an annual job fair, a hackathon, and the MLK Career Day at Cupertino High School with 100 Apple volunteers.
beep programs
BEEP Programs started in 2021, following a similar structure to Bayco but with a focus on entrepreneurship. It includes events like a Business Plan Competition or Pitch Day.
Sandia National Laboratories is a limited liability company that delivers science and technology to resolve issues in national security. They provide several types of internships, including a year-round and academic internship. Institutes provide teams to guide and mentor interns in projects that align with their major or area of interest.
Galileo Camps is a summer camp for kids from pre-K to middle school. Internships are paid and available to ages 16 or older. Summer interns work to make sure that the summer camp is running smoothly, where interns can be taking attendance, being office assistants, making signs, and more.
The Santa Clara County offers an internship where students can work in the government. Student interns assist employees with their duties. Tasks vary among every agency and department that the student would be assigned to, so the range of skillsets that can be used in this internship is very large.
